=be determined to... 
--> you show very strong desire to do something.

Jerry is resolved to swim across the lake and win the game. He is very determined to do so.
Jerry 下定決心要游過河,然後贏得比賽. 他堅決要這樣做。

你在學習的路上，
是否也曾這樣下定決心，然後堅持走下去。
